Throughout my stage career over the last decade, I took the time to develop further skills in theatre, both behind the scenes and in assisting the development of future performers. Below I outline some key areas where you may find me to be of assistance to your schools, productions, or developments of new work.
Creative Assistance
After training in movement and dance, my choreographic work can be seen in video clips, on stage, in advertisement and in live events.
Back stage I have been able to work in wardrobe, spotlight operations, production management, and in associate roles on various productions.
Most recently I have been working on the development of my debut play, showing 2025.

Physical Development and Recovery
With my movement background I continued my education gaining certification in personal training, yoga teaching, barre and reformer pilates, along with counselling skills and interventions.
In 2024 I launched my mobile massage service after being certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. My person understanding of the performer allows me to offer development and recovery treatments to actors, dancers, and others alike.

Training, Classes, and Workshops
In general movement and dance classes, I run my rooms safely and consciously of who I am teaching. I am able to find ways to bring out the best in beginners, while refining the skills of those more advanced.
In work shops and performance pieces I approach with a style and vision, allowing my dancers to move and work as actors in motion.
Key theatre credits should a workshop class be requested include, ‘We Will Rock You’, ‘Brigadoon’, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes’, ‘Pirates of Penzance’, plus many more.
